If you’ve purchased your IQ Hashtags plan after our invoices management changes – may 2021 and later – and you need payment confirmations or invoices, head over to Account settings – at the bottom of the site, you’ll find the section “Invoices” and here you’ll find your invoices and payment confirmations.

If you’ve purchased IQ Hashtags plan/s before may 2021 and you need payment confirmations or invoices from the earlier period – contact us at support@iqhashtags.com.

We’ll need the following information from you:

• e-mail address associated with your IQ Hashtags account
• your company data (name, address, identification numbers – tax code)
• details of the IQ Hashtags subscription you need an invoice for
